How to Register and Pay

We believe travel is an essential part of education. With a range of payment options, we make planning trips as simple as possible.


Register Online

  • To register on our website, start by following the “Find My Tour” link in the top navigation.
  • From there, input the TourID given to the Program Leader of the group. This opens the educational tour page.
  • To take the next step in registration, click “Enroll Now.”
  • On the enrollment page, fill in traveler information and choose a payment plan.
  • Receive an email confirmation once registration is complete.
  • Access the registered account from our website at the “My Account” link in the top navigation.

Traveler Information

Prepare the following materials to complete the registration form:

  • Contact Information: Name, email and phone number.
  • Verification: Date of birth and photo ID.
  • Health: Allergies, dietary restrictions, medication.
  • For Minors: Parent/guardian name, email and phone number.
  • Emergency contact information.
  • Payment Method.

Select a Payment Plan

We know these programs are an investment in students, so we provide three options to simplify financial planning.

At enrollment, there is a nonrefundable deposit of $95 before any payment plans are applied.

Payment Options

1. Pay in full at enrollment.

Automated Payments

2. Pay half 30 days after enrollment and half four months prior to departure.

3. Divide payments up monthly, starting 30 days after enrollment, for a complete payment by four months prior to departure.
